"Who needs weaklings?" I snarled angrily. Lionfur gasped, standing up and lashing her tail. "Redkit, no one cat is a weakling. They all have something that makes them strong." My father barked back menacingly. "The only way to be strong is to have strength in your muscles. There is no other way of being strong." I growled iratly. I rolled my eyes as he went on. "That's it. You're in big trouble now Redkit." Lionfur hissed at me, stalking towards the leader's den. "Kit, you will learn someday that strength is not everything. You can have wits and many other things to be strong too, like Petalkit." He put a special emphasis on kit, just for me. "No, Birchheart. You will learn that strength is all you need later on in life. You are just to much of a coward to admit you are wrong, father. I will be stronger than even all of TigerClan combined. One day you'll see you are wrong. One day." I ended the conversation, hissing bitterly. I hate my father. Before the Dark Forest ever rose, before the Four were chosen, before Firestar entered the forest, before Bluestar ever ruled the forest, before SkyClan ever left, and before the Clans ever existed, there was StarClan. But now, seasons after seasons have passed and the four Clans have dispersed after so many cats dying. The Clans no longer exist, there are only a few cats who even remember them as they are now gone. StarClan had gone silent and the Clans had thought of this as a sign that they could no longer live like this. Havenstar, RiverClan's former leader, was the first cat to disconnect themselves from their ancestors and the other three Clans. And soon, the other three followed as many deaths came upon them and many were lost in the memories of the Clans. As cats go on their days, traveling through the forests, through the marshes, through the river and through the moors, they have no idea that this land used to belong to Clan cats who were both great and noble. But mysterious dreams have come to the cats who sleep in their former territory, they dreamt of starry cats with transparent pelt and star-filled eyes. They are then drawn to the Moonpool where the area is now rotten grass and dead trees. Signs come more and soon, the rogues, loners and kittypets who trespass onto their former territory are given signs and are being told to reform the five. Many are confused but some are determined to find out what they mean and why these starry cats have appeared to them. The Great Five is soon to rise back up from the ashes of its own death...

A young she-cat running from her past stumbles across a clan that is struggling to survive, after the leader decides to accept her into the clan will this mean survival or demise for StormClan?
