The Sachiko charm became incredibly infamous, with people telling of its evil powers while others claimed it to be a fraud. The cursed school was incredibly difficult to escape and all traces of a person's existence who died there were removed entirely. With very few survivors to prove the shadowy consequences and the people who tried it and died removed from memory, many foolish people still try the charm, either as a practical joke or as a serious death wish.
