Patrick Ole has always wanted to be a doctor, but his disabilities did not allow him. Now, he is 95, and dying. This is where Dr. Howard and Dr. Frank come in. Karen Frank and Derrick Howard have been helping people achieve their dreams. Kind of. They can only help those who are dying, since the new memories created by the machine they use clash with the real ones, causing the body to possibly shut down. Of course, they have helped many people and seen many die, so they're pretty use to tragedy. However, when they are called to help Patrick, they see things that they have never seen in any other patient. Loss, Misery, and worst of all, Hopelessness. Will they be able to help Patrick 'achieve his dream', or will they let his past get in the way? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is based off the rpg game 'To The Moon'. Hi! I'm Undeniably Phan. Welcome to my first ever Phan Fiction! Yaaaaay! (Insert confetti popper here.) I can't wait to look back after a long time at this and see how much I've grown. I hope you enjoy my first ever work! Okay, let's face it, the only motivation I have to play piano is when I hear Dan nail Ingenue by Thom Yorke. I actually have watched "Let's Play's" of this incredibly sad and sob-worthy video game called To the Moon for like... months. It's main song, (and most feel-y, in my opinion) is actually called just that. It would complete my life for Dan Howell to play Johnny's Version of To The Moon: For River on his piano, and tell a story in his own point of view, featuring cute phan moments for all us shippers to die over.
