For quite a while already 'fake' heroes have made their way into the ranks of the heroes abusing their status. It is the heroes who realize what they have to do - find the 'fake' heroes, expose them and finally get them arrested. This sounds like a good plan, however it is way more difficult then what they first expected. Even famous heroes fall into that categorie and their supporters won't let anything bad happen to their saviors. One of those is the number 1 hero Endeavor. Whenever he is left alone with his coworker Hawks he shows his real face, the same he did with his family. As Dabi takes note of this he decides on doing something that he's planned for years and that will change things drastically. Todoroki Touya known as Dabi would do everything to fulfil his goal of revenge on his own father making him regret everything he has done... yet his only life goal didn't go exactly as Touya wanted, because of his bitter rage he had lost himself both mentally and physically... but the solution was simple- just reveal that he's alive he got aware of that too late when he was in near death condition. now he's trapped in a special capsule to keep him, he talks to his family every day and then slowly he realizes his mistake, Touya has wasted his life for practically nothing... If there would be a chance to go back in time where it all began Touya would take it without any hesitation...

we all know the hero commission did some pretty messed up stuff, they'll do anything to get their hands on powerful people to control; including human experimentation.
