Academy City. A city comprised of colleges, high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools all designed to develop and create espers. However there is a darker side to this City. After their battle with Hydra Head ripped them from the dimension of magic, Mikoto Misaka finds herself home, and her fellow Fairy Tail guild members find themselves in an unfamiliar world of science. As Mikoto's friends try to adjust to this new world, Natsu finds himself meeting a man named Stiyl Magnus, a magician from an organization called Necessarius. Soon the Fairy Tail mages find themselves wrapped up in a new kind of magic with a strange little girl named Index at the center. Now, If Mikoto and her friends wish to survive the coming storm, they must battle a newly resurrected from the dead Grimoire Heart. The problem is.......Grimoire Heart aren't the only ones after Index.

Academy city, the most technologically advance city in the world, and a place filled with espers, people with amazing abilities that are ranked from level 0 to level 5. But Academy city isn't the only place that has espers. The European Union has created there own esper training facility. It may not have many students, or even many that have abilities over level 3, but they do have a few level 5 of there own. There first rank is truly exceptional. His name is (Y/n) (L/n). A esper with the ability to control time. Because of his British origin, he's been given the nick name Time Lord. He's a 16 year old guy that looks like a 10 year old....... Follow his adventures, as he enters Academy City to try and solve a certain problem that is going on. In this book, our main character is called Kotarou. Kotarou has the ability of Logic Manipulation, the ability to manipulate logic, rules and common sense; like one plus one is two, rain falls, and fire is hot. What will he do with it? Who knows, maybe take over Academy City, enter the war and conquer the world Techno-Style? Or maybe he just wants free Pot-noodle.

"I think you were doing fairly good without my intervention, though" Touma said, curious, and trying really hard not to let his mouth run free like it was usual of him. He had already done that while talking with Hana, for the past thirty minutes. Oh, and Aiura barely had said anything in all that time, now that Touma thought about it. Interesting... "And I do want ice cream, yes." "Well maybe it looked like I was, but I'm awful with kids, especially the little ones. The younger the worst." They went looking for those ice creams, walking side by side, "so when you showed up, I thought, 'YES, THANK YOU JESUS'." She patted him in the back, lips curved in a comfortable, prívate smile that didn't showed her teeth. He felt his throat dry all of a sudden. Or. A little bit of MikoTou frienship.

This was Kamijou Touma's middle school life. Well... sort of. I decided to change a bunch of things, one being that he is extremely overpowered. In short, this will be a prequel, but Touma will be very OP.

Accelerator has a little brother who escaped the scientists with a defective clone of Misaka Mikoto, they end up in a Certain Highschool and become good friends with an unlucky Kamijou. The clone, now named Mikasa, contacts Mikoto while Mercury(Accelerators brother) has to deal with magicians going after his roomate, Touma.

As Touma Kamijou was about to depart to school, he, along with other familiar faces were taken to a theater unknown to their control. Yet, they were given a choice: to watch the memories of the past, or leave with their souls stolen. (Note: I do not own A Certain Magical Index and A Certain Scientific Railgun)

Kamijou Touma has yet to meet the railgun and has just lost his ability to remember Misaki Shoukuhou. The next thing to happen would be an idea from a Kihara that's outright absurd. The context involves a clone and the misfortunate boy. Kihara Enshuu would do it, purely for science...
