Matsuda was having a pretty great day. His complicated coffee order from the cafe down the street was made just right, someone on the street complimented his shoes, he even asked a girl out he met at the cafe and she said yes! Eyo it's me, back at it again with the dumb rare-pair fanfic! Ok sorry about the dumb damn Daniel reference, I've been rewatching a lot of SaltyDKDan videos. Anyways this is a fanfic that follows L and Matsuda in an au where Light is taken down before the time-skip, and now the Kira Catching Squad has disbanded, for the most part, as L and Matsuda still work together, doing cases with each other, and living together. This is going to be slightly serious, I'm going to try to make it slightly serious at least, but there will be fluff. Also there will be spoilers for the anime up until the time-skip.
