Old faces make an appearance back in town and everyone is excited to have one last hurrah before they all head off to school and back to their real lives. Ella Laurence is ready to finally be the person she's always dreamed of being. Her brother Spencer should be thinking about his life after college, but is just having too much fun going hard and chasing girls . Lacrosse superstar Connor van Ackard is back in town and more than a few girls have their eyes on him. Kirsten McKellen is determined to make senior year the best year or her life...at any cost. And Julian Holley, ex-loner, is back in town and he looks like a shoo-in to become captain of the lacrosse team. His sister Olivia is also looking pretty good these days and is the new town coquette. In a beach town so small, everyone knows everyone.

For my creative writing class, I wrote a lot of super short stories in my journal, and decided to just put them all into one big collection. They're all different, so I'll give a short synopsis before the story.

It is not often enough, or frequent enough that we see the outsiders story. We are comfortable in the same. In our town different is a diease in which we must estinquish. These people known as outsiders are cast aside by groups. They are searching for a home. in which they can be accepted. In some ways we all are an outsider.

Pete does, however, also have a good buddy or.. Well, half insane friend if not fully insane where he thrives off of bullying and manipulating the younger boy, but that's better for Pete than being completely alone in this brutal academy, am I right? Anyhow, even if people barely acknowledge Pete's existence, he'll grow a special place in the heart of his sociopathic friend, and maybe, just maybe, try going a year without getting bullied mercilessly.
