Toya Aoyagi gets trapped inside a story book where he meets a noble paladin who seems to recognize him, though they've never met. How will he get home? And why does he feel he's seen this paladin before? This idea came to me because of fanart where Akito was in a painting and recognized Toya who was like the museum goer because he looked like someone he knew. Hope you enjoy :3

"Why am I throwing up flower petals...?" -------- Hanahaki Disease: A disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. It ends when the beloved returns their feelings, or when the victim dies. It can be cured through surgical removal, but when the infection is removed, the victim's romantic feelings for their love and memories also disappear. The symptoms of the disease are summarized to strong pain, having flowers blooming in the heart and lungs, and then throwing them up. The disease begins with coughing up a few petals and growing in intensity (and pain) until the victim is vomiting entire flowers, by which point the disease has entered its final stages...
