Haise Sasaki is part of the CCG's Qunix Squad working hard. The CCG is hiding something to him. Haise, later on, finds out but can believe it until he seeks into the documents to find if it was true.

This takes on the same aspects of the show Tokyo Ghoul. (I recommend checking it out if you havent.) The twins Yuu and Tskiko are born as one-eyed ghouls. There lives get more and more rivaling as they grow up.
