I'm going from year 1 to the battle of Hogwarts so the romance is obviously going to be a slow burn ;) It's childhood enemies to lovers (or whatever I end it as👀). I have a lot of years to play with so their friendship/romance is going to go through a lot. ALSO REMEMBER THE CHARCTERS ARE JUST KIDS. Especially in the first few years. So let's not be weird. When Harry, Hermione, Ron, Fred, George, Neville, Luna, and a couple of Slytherins all get lost in the Forbidden Forest, nothing good could possibly happen. And then, when Luna spins up a tale that leaves everyone speechless, Harry knew he'd just made a mistake. A big-ass one, at that! James had always hated the fact that Ravenclaw Tower was taller than Gryffindor Tower, and so in their Sixth Year, the Marauders change that. OR: In which the Marauders do stuff but they never get a detention because McGonagall is too happy with the outcome. Rated as is because of minor swearing. One-shot! Marauders Era! No bashing! Book One, but can be read as a stand alone Draco Malfoy had everything. The money, the name, any toys or clothes he wanted. Draco is really excited to carry on that line. But then everything goes wrong. Pansy Parkinson had her life all planned out. Go to school, graduate, marry Draco, have children, be rich and fabulous, die a pureblood legend. She liked her future life. It seemed so simple, especially since she and Draco got along so well. Plus, he spoke French. She was debating asking him to move to France when they got married. Of course, then everything had to go wrong. Now, Pansy has to figure out how to tell a certain someone how they're going to die. And the girl's not even pretty!

With Dumbledore failing in this Harry is raised by Sirius at Black manor living in secret to avoid the attention of the wizarding world and Dumbledore until Harry is ready to return at the age of 11 and throw Dumbledore for a loop.
