The narrative of King Jaja of Opobo, a former slave who ascended to power, established a prosperous kingdom, and defied the British Empire. His bravery, leadership, and resistance made him a symbol of African pride, yet his victory resulted in betrayal and exile.

I had a dream, and decided to write it down. Here I tell the story of a small, poor family making their way through the unforgiving landscape of Mars, trying to eke out a meagre living however they can.
