Trail Stories

This story shows how both women and men can suffer in marriage. It will explore what happens when someone marries for another person's gain or to fulfill a parent's last wish. Often, when a divorce happens, people blame the man, but the woman can be at fault too. The story follows two people from childhood to adulthood. From being orphaned to enduring painful marriages. It is a journey of hardship, resilience, and ultimately, rediscovering themselves and marriage as a whole.

But they come back to warn her, Warn her from something that may change her life forever...

Dakota is a 15 year old girl she used to live in california but her mom walked in on her ex husband cheating and now they are moving all the way back to georgia to live with her parents again but paul wasn't dakota's biological dad he was her stepdad she never liked living in california it never felt like home to her but once she arrives at her grandparents house she meets the local brothers of there small town and they all become friends scott is nice and sweet logan is the nice and quiet one while the twins was just outspoken about anything and then she meets the oldest brother cherokee he has long brown hair and just by looking at him dakota's stomach drops from the moment she meets him but he has this hugh secret he is afraid to tell her but when he finally does will she stay? or will she run away in fear of the long haired monster? ~oh and most of the words that are in the cherokee language the actual meaning of the word is in english in the parenthesizes

Tara's been looking forward to her graduation trip for months. And she's determined that it's going to be the best experience of her life. There's just that minor drawback of having to bunk with her worst enemy. Oh, well. She can still have fun, right? Well, it's hard to have fun when someone is stalking you and sending you mysterious, anonymous notes. Who is behind this? Will it ruin the trip for Tara? Are the people who she thinks are her friends, really her friends? It looks like someone is going a bit too far for payback...

A local writer challenged me to a one hour write off to produce a short story regarding the Oregon Trail during the pioneer days. It is a short story with thought, meaning, and sadness which many pioneers felt while seeking a better life.

Prequel to The Human Xenocide (no spoilers). It only took four years to afford the map, but once he had it Peter left the city he's always known for where the map pointed. Forest creatures called Sairy's found him soon after, thinking he's a God. He stumbles upon an Illegal research facility later under the desert, and before he knows it Peter is being chased by a mad scientist, starts a massive war between the Sairy's and the scientist's creations, is singled out by the police for murder and unintentionally steals from the Mafia. Now with seemingly half the world after him Peter has to decide, is it worth it to still follow the map?
