In a small town called Ruckingden, unexplainable tragedies have happened there. It all starts off with Jenny Bakette. Jenny is a sixteen-year old highschooler who lives with her father. Her mother moved out when she was eight, but that's not important right now. What is important is that she is trying to avoid the Quippel twins, the most dangerous, 30-year old twins in town, and some other people, one known to live with her, and an unprofessional doctor that is also her neighbor; Dr. Mergs.

"I have been in love with you since I tripped over your legs last December and I have had no idea how to properly tell you but here I am, amongst the stains on my bed spreads: iced tea, chocolate milk, papier-mâché. And I'm in love with you. So please tell me you love me, too. And come with me to Walmart to buy new duvets."
