There, the children would work until their families debt to the government was paid off. Kleo was just nine years old when she was shipped off to "The Orphanage," along with many other kids of ages five and up. The young girl worked hard and never questioned anything, until one day when she was asked to question everything. (I'm not putting a lot in the description because I don't want to spoil anything.
