Armed Research Containment Facility - 28 was constructed in 1994 with the purpose of researching and containing the "Laminx" virus, with goo not experimented yet. In 2002 a containment breach happened after an experiment called "XR-22" failed and subject "990" infected/killed all personnel on site, after this many goos started to go around the site infecting survivors into different types of "Laminx" people, with different colors, personality, and more. In 2004 the Thunder Science Company decided to stop trying to restore ARC-28 and created a border around the site entrance, no current reports of the anomalies have not been found/heard of.
