All Might went back to teaching, still offering guidance to his successor and Izuku's classmates, while Katsuki had to reconcile with the guilt of ending All Might's hero career. After fighting Izuku at Ground Beta, Aizawa put his foot down and made Katsuki begin therapy. It helped. For a while. But needing help made Katsuki feel weak.
