The world is a cold place for Kilian Kilroy. Hunted, haunted, and alone, the former teenage superheroine makes her way across the American south and toward the Mexican border, in the hopes of escaping her would-be killer. His parents pretended to be supportive, when really they were looking for a rich husband that would turn her cis and straight again. So when a girl from his class falls in love with him, she has to help her crush escape the arranged marriage his parents forced him into. This is an AU where Bakugou was born a girl. Also, in this AU Bakugou and Midoriya never met as kids. They met in UA. This is also based on what happened to a friend of mine. I have her permission to turn it into a fanfic.

Mathews identifies as masculine non-binary, (pronouns he/him they/them) hence the reason he goes by his last name. Mathews's family is completely transphobic, hates the idea beyond all reason. When Mathews life changes, he can't tell if it's for the better or worse. Mathews gets his name changed, he moves to a sub-city outside of the big city he grew up in and his guardian changes to someone he knows and trusts. But there is the question that keeps bugging him, Is it for the better? Oh, and the new girl has been driving him up a wall.
