so i used to have a very sad book where i would just rant about depressing shit but that wasn't healthy at all so i deleted it. this book is about positivity, for a change. sure there's a lot of shitty stuff i deal with but i just gotta get up. and stuff seems to hit, wave after wave after wave od depression, anger, anxiety, but i just have to keep going and this is meant to help.
