As the infected multiply and the survivors turn on each other, the group discovers that the virus didn't start by accident and someone inside Crestwood might be responsible. With every hallway becoming a battlefield and every choice a matter of life or death, Lena must decide who she can trust and how far she's willing to go to protect the people she loves. But the infection is evolving. And the real nightmare hasn't even begun.
