She create a snowstorm by sticking in the moisture in the air and using wind to blow out frost (kinda like the fireball jutsu), by doing this she can create a snowstorm. She also created two genjutsus where if anyone who gets stuck into the snowstorm would see two options. A vast land of either snow (has a constant snowstorm) or water (has constant rainfall) where it is dark and gloomy. In this genjutsu the person or people will see a constant nightmare. She can also do many other jutsus that involve water and wind natures.
