[ REWRITING 10-3-22 ] In this world, everyone has a soulmate. They can communicate in different ways, as well. Some people write on their body, so it shows up on their soulmate's body. Other people get a special diary printed that has their name specifically written on it so they can send longer messages to their mates. Some people get lucky and their lover lives in their neighbourhood, but sometimes they could live on the opposite side of the planet.

Travis and Sallyface both have pretty big crushes on each other, but with Travis's home life and his abusive father it's hard to say that they'll ever get to be together.

Major spoilers! Please don't read of you haven't played or watched the whole game ! Sal Fisher and Travis Phelps befriend each other after highschool. He was still under the brainwash of his father, and the church bullshit, making amends and renewing himself by fixing his sins. Which means, saying sorry and fixing his wrongs with the people he's bullied. After saying sorry, they agreed to be friends. Gradually overtime they started talking more. Unfortunately, Sal fell in love with Travis. After months, and years of trying to pursue him, sal was jailed for the mass murder of everyone at the Addison apartments. Sal, Larry, Ash, Tom, Neil and the others are the survivors of a virus spread all around the Nockfell area. As Sal is exploring he encounters his high-school bully who was recently bitten. There is still chance to save Travis. Will they die or will a romance blossom in the apocalypse? (All of the ghosts from the game are the survivors. The ones killed in chapter 4 except Larry are infected and can hardly be saved. I do not own any imagery unless said so! ) Inspired by @rubygoooby and @dkthund3rb0y on TikTok since they came up with this amazing story!
