The Galaxy is rebuilding after the reign of the Sith Lord, Darth Krayt. Cade Skywalker has restarted the Ossus Project under a new moniker, the Wayland Venture. This project is one of many that act as a new hope for the Galaxy- a sign that the new Galactic government can rule better and more effectively than the many corrupt or malicious regimes that have preceded them. Cade has made much progress with help from the Jedi Council, along with the backing of the Triumvirate, yet some ominous presence in Wayland has forced his project to a standstill. A stubborn Cade refuses defeat on the matter, but even now, as a seasoned Jedi, Cade struggles to manage his emotions at the potential deadlock over a project that can be such a symbol of hope for the new Galactic Government. Meanwhile Cade has also taken on a new apprentice. However, his controversial choice of student, has left him at odds with the majority of the Jedi Council. Cade is committed to his unorthodox choice, but has left him again struggling with his own demons... Can Cade overcome the forces against him both from the dark side and from amongst the Jedi Council? I loved the arc we saw for Cade Skywalker, but I felt so frustrated that we didn't get to see more of the Star Wars universe after Krayt's death. The Jedi are no more, the First Galactic Empire long fallen and the Sith long forgotten.
