Meet Aspen Lily Wrighte, your not-so-typical 17 year old who attends Westwood High School and loves food. Her best friends are Fleurette and Prudence, who both put up with her frequent clumsiness and quirkiness. Even after her mother's death, and her father distancing, she still manages to stay happy. With the help of her friends, of course... Then there's Atticus Clarke. Atticus like to be that tough guy, everyone stays away from. He's your average standoffish and moody kind of guy, with a glare that scares off most people. Most people except Aspen. ☆☆☆ A spilled drink, the wrong car, stumbles in the lake and a pile of books... Maybe it's fate or maybe it's just pure luck, but Atticus Clarke and Aspen Wrighte always seem to find themselves meeting up under the strangest and most uncomfortable circumstances. Weeks turn into months as these two unlikely pair shair pain, laughter and joy with each other. Although they each discover pieces of truth, waiting to tear them apart. ☆☆☆ First Place - Dark Academia Awards ☆☆☆ Warning: Slow publishing. Editing in process.

First book in 'My Name' series.. She didn't inherit the 'smart genes' in the family, that was the first reason she was pushed aside. Still Reo struggled to get enough grades, but she can't be smart even after trying. Besides, it'll be wasted efforts compared to her 'prodigy brother' Leo. What her family didn't notice was her creativity. Her brains in Art, her love for children, and her withdrawal. When her brother goes missing a few weeks before his 'big award' and starts to hide from it all, the mix-up between her and her brother causes confusion, grief, anger, dissapointment, and a whole bowl of self-confidence at the end. * "Hey! Leo? It's Leo! I heard you're so much smarter than the Physics professor. Is it true your IQ is over 220?" I feel concerned by her questions. "It's all for charity... to the, orphans?" Her friends chip in. "I'm not Leo sorry." The Redhead holds my wrist between her inked hands. "No, please. We know it's you. Everyone says you're shy but I didn't know it is this bad." I look from my hand to her wide smile in anger. "Let go of me." I say. "Now." "She's bossy! Oh my!" Their excitement causes her hand to tighten around my wrist. "I said, let go of me." They giggle again. "What is wrong with you! Let go of me! I'm not Leo, I'm Reo!" "Lying? That's-" "I said my name is Reo!" . Began: June 7, 2020 . Ranking: #1 in coverup! June 2020. . #3 in mistaken identity! June 2020. #12 in missing! June 2020. #14 in antisocial! June 2020.

Another year, another three letters to write and never send. Since freshman year, Adeline Stargate has made it a tradition to write letters to each of her three friends telling them what she hated the most about them that school year. After her junior year, she decides this is a tradition that needs to end and is set on burning all nine letters at the end-of-the-year bonfire. But when one of her friends happens to find one of the letters and reads it, her plans - and friendships - are ruined. Or at least changed. Jax Inkrose, an old childhood friend, decides to turn this into a night to reconnect and share secrets. For each letter Adeline reads to him, he'll share his own secret. Nine secrets for nine letters. Seems fair. But as the night goes on, Adeline realizes there are some secrets she's even hidden from herself and isn't too sure that she wants Jax to know about them. Or herself for that matter.

2nd Morningstar writers award 2021 winner Update: Completed --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I stare at him for a while. I'm scared. But I really need to tell someone. Anyone. He's not asking questions about my face, nor prying. But I really want to tell him. To tell him I'm scared. That I live in a hellhole. "Come on choose one. I promise that I won't ask you to repay." Luke pushes a pastry forward. "I need to tell you something," I slowly tell him. "What, your favorite coffee is black? " He chuckles. "No," I swallow hard. I take off my glasses. He stops eating when he sees the big bruise on my face, "If you don't tell me, Abby. I can't help you." "The White's they..... They're the ones that did this to me." --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WARNING: This story contains violence and abuse content --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I do not own the images.
