"We could be timeless, we could be classic, we could be stars, we could be Rose Gold." April Rose is a normal girl, or at least she thought so until Hydra came knocking on her door and murdered her father. Whatever she is, she's not inhuman, that's for sure. At least she is safe at S.H.I.E.L.D., safe from Hydra. But the question remains; in a world where nothing makes sense anymore, is she still safe from herself?

Wrote this in my spare time, a friend challenged me to write using flashbacks as my focus point. Any criticism is welcomed.

A farmer uncovers a colossal dinosaur skeleton, but as scientists excavate it, the bones begin to shift, leaving deep gouges and tremors that hint something ancient is awakening beneath the valley.

They've just finished rounding up the latest Mixmaster outbreak when a reporter comes to town to do a story on the strange happenings in the valley. Twitchell warns them to keep things as quiet and normal as possible but things take an unexpected twist when the reported ends up being related to one of them.
