This is a trickster tale that occurs in a time where the sea was by the savanna, when the land had more plants and life on it. The Great Turtle is old and wise from his many years in the sea, and has dealt with tricksters before. He is also known as the protector of all creatures weak and strong. Out of nowhere, the King Cheetah appears. He is young and boastful because of his speed, and is also arrogant because of his name. He wants to prove he's the fastest creature around, and doesn't care who or what gets in his way, bringing harm to all the creatures around him. Learn how the Great Turtle shows the King Cheetah what matters more than pride and fame in this invigorating trickster tale.

You are a witch but life is pretty hard without colors. You live in the forest and only go to town when you need to go shopping so you were pretty isolated and the isolation and your colorblindness lead to depression. Your house was a library of spell books and you would sometime get a couple new spell books when you went to town. You didn't get new spell books often but one day when you were at the market getting new spell books you found one titled 'Immunities And Immortality' and you got it because you wondered what kind of spells were inside. When you got back to your library home- well why don't read to find out what happens?

This was a homework assignment for my English class that I thought I would upload and see what people say. We had to write a short trickster tale and have an aspect of it reflect our culture, as well as a naturally occurring phenomenon. We were supposed to write something that illustrates how the "trickster" brings this change in the world. My cultural aspect was that in today's world humans will have something and be fascinated by it for a while, but after a short time they will grow bored with it and replace it in a constant cycle like that. I hope you like it and I would love to get feedback! #1 in fable July 2018 #4 in culture July 2018 #4 in trickster July 2018
