He's known for his speed, travelling 108,000 li in a single cloud somersault, his strength, able to carry two heaven mountains on his shoulders, his golden eyes where no demon can deceive him, his 72 transformations and so on... his legacy is endless, and everybody remembers it well. But, he the most fantastic trait he possesses is Immortality. A demon able to escape the grasp of reincarnation. However... something happened... and now, even the King shakes and quivers at the face of Yanluo Wang.

Basically takes place after the end of season two. Tripitaka and the gang have started the search for all of the rest of the scrolls. They believe the monkey king is dead and this brings deep pain to Tripitaka..More than she'll show.. What happen when someone comes back into the picture and they want the scrolls and revenge with the monkey king? And what will happen when a huge secret is revealed. For three, counting Stick. The cool water soothes his aches somewhat, though each movement reignites the throbbing between his legs. Liu'er's face burns as he cleans Wukong's spend from his thighs, the evidence of his thorough claiming. Once the worst of the muck is removed, Liu'er climbs from the pond. Water drips from his fur as he approaches Wukong, ears flat in resignation. "There. I'm clean now," he says tersely. "What more do you want from me, Monkey King? Have I not been humiliated enough for one day?" Despite his defiant tone, Liu'er keeps his gaze averted submissively. They have faced a great many trials on the way to India. The disciples have killed demons and spat in the faces of gods, but Tripitaka wasn't worried. He's a good man. His disciples are good men, under their very rough exteriors. They have a bodhisattva ensuring their success. So it's fine. It's fine. ... It very abruptly was not fine. Tripitaka and his disciples are thrown out of heaven for their multitude of sins, stripped of their merit, clothes, and even their names. What are they meant to do now? Where can they go from here?

"You're smaller and weaker than I expected" Monkey King mumbles, not being able to hide the hint of disappointment in his voice. "And you look more like a macaque than a monkey..." He reaches out his hands to Wukong and steps unsurely toward, until he touches the monkey's clothes. He falls on his chest and nestles into him. Wukong looks at him with confusion. He is so little. If you've read my art book, you'll know that I am absolutely OBSESSED with a book called "Journey to the West". I've done SO MUCH art, and I just love talking about it in general. I used it for my Independent Novel Study in my senior English class, so I've got a whole tone of notes and summaries that I wrote for the project. To put it simply, this is just a place for me to go absolutely wild with obsessing over this book, without feeling the need to apologize for rambling on about it for 6,000 words. I'll include things like the AU I've been working on, an OC of mine, my analysis of certain passages, symbolism, and even some art regarding fanfics created by other writers here on Wattpad (I will read ANYTHING related to this story as long as it is written well and is appropriate). I don't expect to get a whole lot of reads for this, but if you do happen to read it, I hope you're entertained with my Hyperfixation to the West.
