It has been thirteen years since Tris passed away, leaving behind a baby girl named Ash. The factions continue to exist as a means of preserving peace, but now, every year, everyone is allowed to choose which faction they wish to join. Even those who have transferred to a different faction can switch again. If Ash and Tobias decide to join the Erudite faction, what will they discover?
