Troy, Gabriella and the Wildcats have finally graduated senior year and collage. Troy is a P.E teacher and Basketball coach in East High, while Gabriella is a Singing club teacher at their school. They decided to teach at East High together since before their graduation. Troy and Gabriella got engaged a few years after they graduated collage and were now living their lives as an engaged couple.

Follows the HSM movies up until the last one Gabriella decides to break up with Troy when she gets into the Honors program. Troy blames himself for his heart break when he sings the song "Scream" he decides its time to leave it all behind him he still loves and always will love his Gabi, and he still hated himself for driving her away. What happens one night when his truck breaks down in the middle of an abandoned road through the woods during a full moon.
