Tyler Oakley is 26 years old with a huge YouTube fan base that just isn't cutting it any more. Sure he loves his people but he wants more. Depression, anxiety, piperazine and ecstasy were the only things Troye Sivan woke up to in a morning. His story was one of the worst. Until he met Tyler Oakley, that is. Tyler and Troye meet during their freshman year at Michigan University when they are roomed together. Tyler was a socialite- a fun, loving and caring bleach-blonde boy with countless friends. Until it changed; a life lost in a pit of self-hatred and despair. Tyler was everything to Troye. Troye Sivan just moved to the states from Perth, Australia to start freshman year of high school at a prestigious private school. He left his old school after being bullied and now has the chance to start over. While at school, he meets his dorm mate, Tyler Oakley, who is so socially invisible that no one at school even acknowledges his existence. Between trying to keep from being bullied and learning a terrifying secret about Tyler, will Troye make it through this year?

Troye has invited Tyler to stay with him back home in Australia. When Troye comes down with a mystery sickness and is admitted to the hospital, at what emotional price will it cost Tyler?
