We don't have enough Epic The Musical content, so I figured I would make this! All credit goes to Jorge Rivera-Herrans, the cast and crew of Epic: The Musical, and Homer. I do not in any way own any of the rights to Epic.

I'm currently OBSESSED with all things EPIC and just finished writing the first chapter of this short little story that started out as a vague idea in my head. Please Please Please leave comments or interact with this post in some way! I need the validation/feedback/constructive criticism to improve my writing. So far I only have the characters that appear in this chapter listed as the "Main Characters" but I do plan on adding Athena to the story and I'm also thinking of incorporating Zeus or Hermes into the story I just don't know how/in what capacity I want to include them in the story or if I should even include them in the story at all(this is where your comments would be very much appreciated!)

ALL SONGS, LYRICS, VOICES, AND CHARACTERS BELONG TO JAY RIVERA-HERRANS AND THE CAST OF EPIC: THE MUSICAL PLEASE READ DESC! I have an AU of Epic the Musical, here's the basics: - Odysseus is replaced by a younger girl named Odessa. - Penelope is not married, and neither is Odessa. They are sisters in this AU. (Hence why Odessa will still MURDER the suitors) - Odessa may have a small crush on Polites. - Odessa is still the captain, despite being a girl. - Polites, when the crew goes to the Underworld: Odessa brings him back with them (it's my AU screw canon we're using PJO logic) - Odessa is NOT the same person as Odysseus, she just plays the same role as him. Hence, some of the song lyrics need a few tweaks. -Certain lyric choices are to stay within the rhymes of the song -This is my AU, if you don't like it, don't read my rewrites. -If a song isn't in here, assume it didn't need any tweaks for the AU -Some songs *cough* Monster *cough* have bits of other songs added for max emotional-ness. Fonetic translation: Hē Ktiménēs historía Meaning: The story of Ctimene Just an idea I had a month ago and started writing the next day :) In summary, Ctimene (Odysseus's younger sister, and (most likely) wife of Eurylochus), sets off on her own journey right after her brother's return and the discovery of her husband's death. Her goal is to bring him back from the Underworld, Orpheus style, but, y'know :) Trauma :) The idea was born thanks to Epic: The Musical, but I'm trying to stay closer to the actual Odyssey instead Also, in case you don't know me, I'm absolutely not a serious person. The writing style might be, but it was a struggle not to crack some jokes (You can see me starting to give up later on) I'll try posting every weekend Cover picture not mine And yea Happy (and sad) reading :) Anyway, do to lack of interaction with this story, it's currently being discontinued, but I might starting publishing again if it gets a few reads/votes/comments
