though it is not the spring but there is a spring in my heart... and this title of this article is a pure translation of a latest bengali song called 'Bashanta eshe gechhe...' I don't know why I'm writting this article...but while listening the said song I feel like to share the snaps of my 20-year-old but still teenager heart... so here goes my crazyness...

Two boys decide to play truant from shool one day.

Eight years ago, Prince Ett left his country, trying to escape the responsibilities of being the crown prince of Anashan. Now his sister has found him, and convinced him to return to Anashan "for a visit". When they return, Ett finds Anashan crumbling. Their enemies, the Xolifar, are flooding in from the west and disunity in the Drosires is pulling it apart from the inside. With time running out for the Anashan, Ett must choose between the life he yearns for and the life he was destined for.

I wish to dedicate this poem to newbie teachers in N.S.W., Australia. A/N As part of my required country service as a newbie teacher with the N.S.W. Department of Education in the 1960s, I was assigned to Murrumburrah Public School. This autobiographical poem should give you insight into the psychological effect it had on me.

When I first entered senior year of high school, I thought the hardest problems I would have in life would be typical. School work, part-time jobs, filling out college applications and of course, the typical parental units nagging. The ‘basic teenage dream’ as my stay at home dad likes to call it. The Executives say, that there was a time before the countries of Illithica and Lymphal. A time where humans warred with eachother, when they fought over resources, weapons, land. A time where some children went home, wondering whether their mother or father or sister or brother would come home alive by Christmas. Despite all the horrid things of the past, the Executives also told us that the countries were also allies, aiding eachother in battle, or in times of hardship. But they deny all claims of this. Welcome to post-apocalypse Earth. There are only two known nations, Lymphal and Allithica. The previous inhabitants of this world wiped themselves out because of their nuclear weaponry and radiation, which eventually killed off the majority of the population. Sometimes, that's what Axel thought they wanted. The food is plentiful, but the population remains at the same, stable rate: 2,086,759,431 and decreasing. The truth is, after almost half a century, a lot of the earth has been contaminated by various radioactive compounds, and that means land that you can live on without slowly disentigrating is kind of hard to come by. Almost half of the world is an unstable environment, including the area south of Allithica, which rests on what was once the country of Northern America's debris, and the region surrounding Lymphal, which is just on the border of Europe's ashes. Lymphal and Allithica are not allies, but nor are they enemies. But they are competing for control of the remainder of Earth. And the population is competing for their very survival. Did I forget to mention the Truant Project, a hazardous competition in which the adversaries are groomed for their televised deaths? The Truant Project. It's main purpose is to keep the population under control, to keep the public entertained. But behind it is an even more sadistic twist.
