Lyra Hepburn is the first natural born witch in almost forty years to attend True Cross Academy. Her mother and stepmother being the only two that are part of The Order. Deciding to follow in their footsteps and help shift the negative stigma surrounding her kind, she signs up for the Cram School after Sir Pheles suggests she join his program. At the start, she's introverted and quiet until she's offered to join Renzo Shima, Konekomaru Miwa, and Ryuji Suguro in their corner of the class. She becomes fast friends with most of her classmates after that, and almost instantly falls head over heels for a certain punk guy. Terrified of her romantic feelings, she does her best to keep them concealed....and fails miserably.

Rin is going through rough times after being told he should kill himself for being a demon... and for the "cause" of his old man's death. Rin and Yukio go to True Cross Academy and carry on trying to become exorcists.
