She states, and Aurora's eyes widen, taking the needle and pricking her finger without thought. She fell into a sleep, but moments later there was a twist to the story. She woke up in reality. Maleficent didn't want this, this wasn't the plan. And this definitely won't be changed with True Love's Kiss. Aurora has to be her own hero in THIS version of the story.
