LOOSELY BASED ON A TRUE STORY ———————————— 14-year-old Rachel has loved horses ever since she was a toddler. She grew up in this new 21st century differently than the others. She wanted to grow up on a farm with horses and forests, etc. She's been going to horse camp every holiday for the past 2 years and has finally decided she wanted a horse of her own, only, having a horse isn't want she thought it'd be like. Go through Rachel's struggles with horses and hear her story from the inside. Her tale of passion for horses and how she deals with the ups and downs of life. How she deals with friends and the overall struggles of a 14-year-old.

In fact, I haven't won a victory yet, unless deciding to work through my eating disorder and many other issues by writing this is a victory. Maybe it is, and I should positively embrace it with open arms and pride as a victory. However, I wrote this book not knowing if it can all get better or not, whether it's worth it is to be seen. But one thing I can say for sure, everyone I reach in this way, everyone I give a voice to with these lines and every person who feels a little more understood through my words, all these people now know that they are not alone with their thoughts and their feelings, even if there are only five people, or five hundred, or five thousand. They feel seen, something I am still waiting for.
