Kyra living her version of a "perfect life". With her Mom leaving her mom at age 5 and here Dad a terrible Drunk since, she basically has to fend for herself. Until the day of an argument with her Dad she wakes up alone. After 2 months of this Kyra has decided her dad will never come back. While living on her own......the landlords stop to check up since bills haven't been paid and find her alone and call social services. Now Kyra has to adjust to a new lifers a family friends home in San Diego, California. But there's a catch she has to live with a secret that's been eating at her since day one.
