It can make your skin glow; I have seen it happen before. I can tell you that eating healthy does make you feel better because I have experienced the benefits. I encourage you to try it for a week at minimum or better yet a couple months and maybe you will want to try it for the rest of your life. Many may think that eating healthy involves just munching on lettuce for the whole time and that eating healthy is boring and has no taste appeal. I beg to differ.
