Two summers. Two choices. One love that outlasted an empire. The Long Summer For nearly fifty years, Grand Duke Alexander Alexandrovich carried the memory of a single midsummer evening. In June 1891, at Fredensborg Palace in Denmark, a young Romanov prince met a princess with ribbons in her hair, a flower garland in her curls, and laughter bright enough to capture his attention despite every effort to avoid it. While Europe's royal families gathered to celebrate Princess Elena's eighteenth birthday, neither of them could have imagined the path that lay ahead. Their story would span the final decades of Imperial Russia, the glittering world of Europe's royal courts, the heartbreak of revolution, and the loss of everything they had once called home. When the Romanov dynasty falls, Alexander faces a choice between loyalty to an empire and loyalty to the people he loves. Choosing his wife and children, he leads his family into exile, carrying with him little more than memories, hope, and the woman who had become the center of his world. From the lantern-lit gardens of Fredensborg to the quiet halls of an English country estate, The Long Summer follows one family across half a century of triumph, tragedy, and change. At its heart is a love story-not of crowns or power, but of endurance. A story of grandchildren gathered around a library fire. Of a husband who never forgot the sound of his wife's laughter. And of a midsummer evening that lasted a lifetime.

The Grand Ducal Coup has succeeded. In order to avoid revolution, Grand Duke Michael Alexandrovich, the Tsar's brother, takes the reins of the Government in Petrograd and declares himself regent with the support of all senior Grand Dukes. With a heavy heart, he sends his brother, wife and daughters into exile to the Isle of Man and becomes his nephew's tutor until he comes of age. Russia becomes a Constitutional Monarchy, and revolution is avoided. Meanwhile, the Tsar's uncle, Grand Duke Paul, who had settled in Russia in 1914 after spending several years in exile in Paris due to his scandalous marriage to a divorced woman, is adjusting to his old life. His children, Vladimir, an accomplished poet, Irina, and Natalia, will have to settle into a new world, far from everything they have always known. In the final days of the old regime, Vladimir falls in love with Grand Duchess Olga Nikolaevna, but the coup, Rasputin's murder, and their divided loyalties drift them apart. His sister Irina also finds love with Feodor, but he still sees her as a little girl. Natalia, the most extroverted and fiery of the siblings, makes an impression wherever she goes, leaving a trail of broken hearts in her wake. Together, they will have to navigate life, love, friendship, and heartbreak in a foreign country with a new position, new people, and unfamiliar conventions.

Following the Grand Ducal Coup of 1917, Russia embarks on a tenuous path to recovery. Grand Duke Michael, acting as regent for the young Tsar Alexei II, has granted autonomy to various regions and overseen a gradual economic revival. Yet, a shadow hangs over the future. The young Tsar has just recovered from a severe haemophilia episode and, although advances in medicine seem to be promising for his condition, voices within the family are questioning his rightful place as Tsar of Russia. Meanwhile, in Paris, the exiled members of the Bolshevik party feel that the chance of achieving their long-awaited revolution is slipping away. Russia's prosperity has damaged their cause and their leader, Vladimir Lenin is fading away after a series of strokes. The race to occupy his place is on and is feverous, but Grigory Zinoviev has a more subtle approach. He intends to use an unexpected connection to the Ballets Russes, Russia's most avant-garde ballet company and long supported by Grand Duke Paul, to find his way into the imperial family and damage it from within. As for the Paleys, Grand Duke Paul's morganatic family, they are fully settled in Russia. Prince Vladimir Paley continues his work as a professor of Russian Literature at the Corps des Pages and accepts the position of tutor to Grand Duke Michael's two children, Tata and George. Princess Irina Paley is living a fairytale romance with Prince Feodor Alexandrovich, but she'll have to make a difficult choice between love and her own personal ambitions. Princess Natalia, known for her artistic spirit, finds herself drawn to a captivating ballet dancer. However, her unconventional passions could spark unforeseen consequences for both her and the Empire.

The Main Reality was a failure. In Reality 2, the Scribe rewrites the Holy War." In 970 AD, the world stands on the precipice of darkness. The forces of the Antichrist-the rising Turks, the caliphates, and the pagan tides-threaten to extinguish the light of Christendom. God has seen enough. To save the future, the Scribe of the Akashic Records has intervened, plucking three (soon to be four) young men from the year 2026 to act as His divine instruments. These are not saints. They are gamers, history buffs, and strategists. Transmigrated into the bodies of the world's most powerful leaders, they are bound by a holy pact that defies history: The Pope: To lead the spiritual and military heart of Rome. The Tsar of Bulgaria: To crush the gates of the East and seize Constantinople. The King of England: To command the seas and purge the northern heathens. The King of Poland: To stand as the unbreakable shield against the steppe. The Mission: Total Worldly Conquest. This is no longer just about Europe; it is about the entire stage of the world. The Conflict: 120 regions must fall under the Cross to stop the Antichrist's reign. The Twist: Amidst the blood of the crusades and the smoke of Medieval II sieges, a complex web of BL attraction and harem loyalty begins to form between these modern souls. In a world where God demands victory and the heart demands surrender, Scriptorius watches as history is written in blood, steel, and forbidden desire.
