She had been sent to Japan to live inconspicuously with the Tsukiyama family after a school shooting compromised her older brother's identity as a ghoul and therefore putting the whole family at risk. The girl, going by Sachi whilst in Japan had to deal with the Tsukiyama son, Shuu and as they grew up together, the Gourmet and the girl, she found that his tastes were in fact peculiar. .
