Tsukiyama X Fem!Kaneki AU. Kaneki Kendae had just been pleasantly reading in a new book one day when a strange guy bumped into her table. Who knew she would find a certain kinship with the guy, and for Tsukiyama, his next appetizing meal. As Tsukiyama Shuu gets to know this rare ghoul more, however, things start to change... And suddenly he can't look at his food the same way anymore.

A young American ghoul had had a terrible time in New York. She had been sent to Japan to live inconspicuously with the Tsukiyama family after a school shooting compromised her older brother's identity as a ghoul and therefore putting the whole family at risk. The girl, going by Sachi whilst in Japan had to deal with the Tsukiyama son, Shuu and as they grew up together, the Gourmet and the girl, she found that his tastes were in fact peculiar. . Kaneki Ken is overcome with shock with the recent events that have taken place. After a falling out with his bride, he opens a letter that was given to him earlier that week, only to find that he hasn't finished losing the people that he believed he could rely on. Rather than a harsh betrayal, however, his loyal second-in-command decided to quit pursuing the one he called his King, finding himself to be a nuisance. His self-exile was his final act of love. But what he didn't get to hear before his departure was the recent discovery of the Queen's deceit... Having been left clueless, Tsukiyama retreats without warning. With no other Ghoul at his side, Ken is left to grieve his losses on his own. Left with nothing but painfully loving memories and a series of letters, he struggles to think of a way to repair the most important of his severed relationships. But...
