Tsukishima and Kageyama are in a relationship but both of them agreed to keep it a secret its not like they didn't trust the team or anything its just that they are each others first relationship and Tsukishima is worried if they suddenly revealed their relationship there will be tons of questions and Kageyama will feel pressured and probably cry, Both of them decided that they would tell the team if its the perfect time.
