What would it be like in a world where the killing game went differently? What would it be like if different people lived and different people died? What would it be like...if this story...had an entirely different hero. A rewrite of the game Super Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, where Mahiru Koizumi is the main hero instead of Hajime Hinata, and the death order and people who die in the killing game are different than in the original game. This fic is a sequel to Danganronpa ReProgrammed, a rewrite of the first Danganronpa game that features Chihiro Fujisaki as the main hero. This also only covers the story up to the end of Chapter 4. Trapped in a despair wasteland with parts of the town they were raised in turned into a despair filled wasteland with a little Monochrome Axolotl as the Mayor. The only way of murder is to use the weapon given to you everyday, the only way to escape is the murder, the only way to truly murder is to kill and get away with it. A little over 4000 words, which is a new record for me personally as far as oneshots go. I honestly don't know how I did it. This is a Hanahaki disease fic, so if you're uncomfortable with flowers in places flowers should not be, specifically inside the human body, then please don't read this. The cover art is by me. :)
