The first time Y/n met it, there was no ceremony. No elders. No history lesson. No explanation of what he was being chosen for. Only a voice. Not spoken. Not heard in the usual sense-more like something that pressed directly against thought itself. And a Sword... It did not lie on a pedestal, nor rest in a sacred vault. It simply existed where it should not have-embedded in silence, as if the world had forgotten to notice it until that exact moment. Y/n did not ask what it was. He did not kneel.
