Tsuyu already knew that she had a crush on Uraraka but kept those feelings to herself because she and the rest of the girls in 1A thought Uraraka had a crush on Izuku but Tsuyu and Uraraka find out that they like eachother more than best friends and become a couple. Bakugo agrees to talk to deku if he gets cuddles, deku walks to bakugos dorm and runs into uraraka, uraraka claims she was heading to tsuyus dorm, after uraraka left deku got up and walked to bakugos dorm and saw him tired. he got into his bed and they started kissing and cuddling.

Two best friends(Tsuyu and Ochako)Spent everyday they could together. Getting coffee together, playing video games together, etc. They did so often, some of the students in class 1-A called them sisters! But soon, the two girls started to grow closer.
