In this world, a man named Raymón Marollo survives a near-death encounter and continues to serve as Mr. Saiko's trusted bodyguard. In another world, Satoru Mikami survives, passing out from blood loss in the streets of Japan, only to wake up in the hospital, alive. In this world, Raymón dies in a crumbling warehouse, making a brutal and bloody last stand to protect his employer and those he commanded. Upon his last breath, Raymón awakens to total darkness. Raymón reincarnates as a slime.
