Tucker Pillsbury wakes up to find he is giant and has been stranded in a desert. After being bit by a reptile, he finds an empty town and a girl who's suffered a rough childhood. Together they try to figure out what has happened to the town the girl calls home. A giant/tiny story with mystery, Tucker trying to be the "Some Protector," and reflective thoughts.

When Tucker and Y/n meet at a coffee shop they end up getting into a deep conversation about Y/n's favorite boyband One Direction. After Y/n went on and on about their X Factor days to literally telling Tucker about the infamous One Direction perfume he asks her who her favorite member is. Y/n pleased to know that Tucker was actually interested in a conversation about a British/Irish boyband, answers Tucker's question by telling him that her favorite member is Louis Tomlinson. After she says that Tucker asks her, "Why Louis?". Little did Y/n know that responding to Tucker's question would change her and Tucker's relationship very quickly.
