That was all it was supposed to be. When Tim Bradford is offered an opportunity he can't easily turn down, he and Lucy Chen convince themselves that four months apart won't change anything. They have each other. They have a future. They have a wedding to plan. They've already survived everything life has thrown at them. But sometimes, the hardest part isn't being apart. It's what happens when the person you trust most has to make a choice,and you don't know what that choice will cost you. Because four months can change a lot. And sometimes, coming home doesn't mean everything is waiting for you exactly the way you left it. How much can love survive when everything they thought they knew begins to fall apart?

Aurora Horizon is a small town on the coastline of California. It's got gorgeous beaches, beautiful hikes with views meant to be photographed, and Aurielle Point, the gorgeous cliff named after the town founder's one true love. The current mayor-and most eligible bachelor-is Tim Bradford, who has lived here all his life, apart from when he served in the army. For years, Tim's friends have been trying to set him up with every new arrival to the town, but he has been focused completely on his job as the mayor and helping his mom at her market. Until Lucy Chen moves to Aurora Horizon, and his whole "I don't need love" act dies. Lucy Chen has lived in Los Angeles her whole life, working on her dreams of becoming a published author and opening a bookstore coffee shop. But she knows living in the city, it won't be nearly as easy to fulfill those dreams as in a small town. So she packs up her life and moves to Aurora Horizon, a small town on the coastline of California in the Imperial area. Lucy moves into the house in the town that she inherited a few years ago after her grandmother passed away and makes friends almost immediately when her car breaks down outside of the coffee shop, Horizon Brew and Co. Where she meets Angela Lopez and the mayor, Tim Bradford. Over time she works on her novel and makes more and more friends, who always make sure she knows Tim Bradford is single but she's too busy working on her novel and dream's to date... Or so she says. Because she slowly realises that she is in love with Tim, so much so that she realizes he's the main character in her story, just with a different name. The town is trying to set them up. Tim and Lucy keep denying it, but they both have feelings. Then Lucy's bookstore opening changes everything.

One question. Everything changed because of one stupid question.

Final part

Caleb and Lucy start dating, things are going good until they aren't. He burries her alive and Tim is the one who saves her. Tim is the one comforting her and helping her through everything. He heals her. They heal each other. hope y'all enjoy!!!!

Tim seems to be unhappy after an encounter on a call. Lucy thinks that maybe it means he has feelings for her. But she needs to be sure... Enter flirting, jealousy, and some very bad Super Bowl watching.

UNFINISHED Chenford Alternate Universe where Tim Bradford and Lucy Chen are actors casted in a new big movie franchise. Meeting for the first time, it takes them time for them to warm up to each other. What happens when they eventually become close friends, but their friendship is put at risk when their agents suggest for them to fake date? Why does Lucy refuse to put on a show? Is she afraid of getting her heart broken? What happens when Tim realizes his feelings for Lucy too late? Will they ever be the same? Characters are not mine, they are from the Rookie universe. This fanfic is also partially inspired by the chenford au fanfic that is about tim and lucy fake dating as actors by @girlintotv! This is kinda similar to that story with the fake dating part, but is completely different! I put my own twist to it, read to find out!

So... I may have been craving donuts when I came up with chapter titles :) Pulled from my Chenford one-shot collection, one shot of the name "You Are Not Worth It." A majority of the content is the same, however, I have added some extra details. More comic relief than anything else :) Don't let the title scare you!

Idk what this story is yet but I need ideas on what people want to read

The first part is from my recently begun Chenford: One Shot To The Heart collection. Long story short, it was too good to not continue. I've asked for it before and I'll keep asking as if the writers can hear me, they are just choosing to ignore my brilliant ideas, so I have to annoy them until they do what I want. What I want is to see each character in an inebriated situation like Jackson (RIP) was that one time. Drunk, high, I don't care. I just want us to be walked through the full spectrum of emotions and all the dark secrets that are revealed. Also, does anyone know how to actually get in contact with the writers? I just want to send them my pages of plotlines.

Little moments I am creating based on Chenford clips from the current Season 4. You'll see that I have taken creative liberties with certain plot points but, I'm pretty sure that's the point of fanfiction. I will update weekly with the release of new episode clips on YouTube. I am currently watching S1 with my sister and as much as I want to watch S4, I have to stay focused :)
