When Buffy tried out for the Jefferson middle school boys basketball team since they don't have a girls basketball team, she has to face with Tj , the captain of the Jefferson middle school basketball. Tj never passes the ball to her every time they play a game, and Buffy hates it. But when I watched those episodes with Tj and Buffy arguing say that they don't like each other, really just bringing the two of them even closer then they were before, soon enough it started to become very obvious that the two liked each other, but wont admit it.
