He helped Darry with anything he needed since Darrel and his two brother Sodapop and Ponyboy were left to fend for themselves after their parents died in an auto wreck. Then you had the twins Johnny and Jocelyn. They were 16 and very different. Johnny was the more shy one and didn't really talk. He was always said to look like a lost puppy. Jocelyn is more carefree and loud. You'd be able to sense her from a mile away. Then Isabella she was only five. She didn't really Talk much but you'd always find her near Jocelyn.

Vera Sinclair comes from a rough home. All she ever wanted was to be better than her parents and build a life worth living. But in a town like Tulsa, the past doesn't let go easily... and neither does Dallas Winston. She had met the gang the previous year and she was just itching to spend another summer there with her cousin and her new friends. Valerie recently turned six-teen, and she had matured since her last stay in Tulsa. Everything goes well until Valerie catches a case of the "love bug" and falls for one of her closest friends, Johnny Cade. Told in first person point of view.

These new characters are based off o of my friends and I and the idea of how we would adapt to living in the time period/circumstances our favorite characters were put through. I along with the incredible people these characters are based on have found a form of haven in this fictional world created at the hand of my favorite author and the thought of living in this world is both a dream and a nightmare.
