Summer's arrived in Hawkins, and everyone is finally getting a chance to reviver before Autumn comes calling again. School's out, the sun is shining, and a certain telekinetic teenager is being allowed outside the freedom of going outside. Fun things ensue. What if there was a world in which we couldn't see color? What if you had two different colored eyes; your right eye your natural eye color and your left eye your soulmate's eye color? What if we couldn't see the world in color until we met our soulmates and our eyes matched our natural colors?

The world that Maylun is in might be a little different from yours. Now, apart from the telepathic abilities amongst twins, the world that Maylun lives in is no different than what could be happening on your Earth. The government has little power, but large influence. They're desperate to cling on to the people's hopes, always making futile promises and grand speeches. But it's clear that there is a harsh line between us all. No one is quite as equal as they should be, but there is one cause for our unity- defiance. Solidarity has formed in passive defiance, and we all wait for the day where we could return to a much more integral world. A selfless world without any traces of tyrannic hypocrisy. Meanwhile, Maylun is a small youth- almost eight in age- and his young eyes soon meet the pair of much older ones. Despite their distance, Maylun, was somehow able to feel that burn in his chest too. WARNING: This story is currently rated appropriate for all ages. It will soon become graphic in terms of violence or gore, and for that, it will be rated M soon. However, the author will make it very clear if a chapter will contain any violent imagery. That being said, all violent imagery will still be suitable for 13+.
