This is a Fanfiction based on a Pin I found on Pintrest. I basically just fleshed it out. Here, the Doctor gets stuck in our universe, instead of the alternative one that he should be in. He doesn't know why the Tardis brought him here, then he figures it out.

You are born into a world where on their 18th birthday, people gain the ability to shape shift but also are legally required to get a unique bar code tattoo for crime identifying. On your 18th birthday, you shape shift for the first time, only to find your tattoo morphs along with it.

Hero and Villain. A new villain has risen up. This is Villain's territory. Hero is injured, Villain needs to save them. This is a HeroxVillain. Trigger warnings at the beginning of each chapter!! My bestie, JunBug, is doing art for this since Hero and Villain get names later in the story.
