After dealing with the loss of her 5 year old son, Max, Madison decides to leave California and move to Spain to restore her life. During her plane ride, a sudden strong and strange turbulence strikes the path of her plane, causing it to impact the dark waters of the ocean, killing everyone on board, excluding her. With the impact and Madison left as the only survivor, her body surfs up on the shore of an unknown eerie island. Upon awakening, she is distraught to be alive and screams at the four winds as this could haven been the only chance to be reunited with her son. Reliving the pain she once felt a month ago, she figured she can't take it and decides to drown herself in the ocean. That is until a strange sound is heard from deep within the forest of the island... She soon comes face to face with fierce creatures that she has always known could tear a human apart in a split of seconds. Bears. But these aren't any ordinary bears. They hold a secret within them. A curse... A curse that can only be freed from them in one way, and it's through a special message that must be delievered at the tip top of the mountain.
